Hahaha, we suck as so many different things - sure set-up for feeling crappy when you begin to compare yourself to others. Love the idea of "training" ourselves to hone in on what brings us happiness-putting that one to use, starting NOW!

This is such a great topic. We as a society need to become more aware of HOW business DOES business. In addition to pursepower, might I also mention BUYCOTT? You choose the cause(s) you're passionate about, or care about (ie: environment, economic justice, etc.) and you scan in products when you shop. The app will tell you if the company is aligned with your values. In effect, we're voting and shaping the future with our money. Sadly there were many products that I had to let go, because while they WERE good, they were sold or bought out by the big companies who only care about shareholder profits. I'm all about being profitable, just not at the expense of our kids, people's lives and the environment. Again, really great video - thanks for bringing our awareness to this. Let's shape the future.. one product at a time

Shutterstock is by no means the best microstock agency in the whole world; it gives the best customer service to their clients and also treats their contributors fairly well. Every newbie contributor should do everything they can to get into their program, and those who haven't joined are definitely missing out a great deal. Everyone wants to join Shutterstock, and they on the other hand reject everyone, there are simply too many submissions a day, I hear that there are millions of images uploaded to their website in a single day, no wonder why they are so strict? Other microstock agencies have some requirements too, but are not as strict as Shutterstock is, simply because they are the best.
